We started COSTA DEL SOL RETREAT based on the idea that people are interested in undertaking a journey from the outside world to their inner nature. Our retreats are located in the most stunning and peaceful settings, so that our guests can enjoy an enriching and memorable experience that will change the concept of daily life into moments of deep connection and appreciation.

We started our international events in 2016. As a founder of Costa del Sol Retreat I have started my personal journey in order to fight with chronic arthritis pain, connect with myself and learn to get strong.

Due to our busy lifestyles we often forget to focus on ourselves, take care of our soul and mind, find balance in life.
